Your training.
Your data.

Privacy policy for the FIGHTR iPhone app and this support website.

FIGHTR is operated by Alexander Veldhuyzen. Contact us about privacy at alexveldhuyzenbusiness@gmail.com.

Your training journal stays on your iPhone. Account authentication and Apple subscriptions use online services. Signing in does not sync your journal between devices.

Training information on your phone

FIGHTR stores your athlete profile, experience, equipment, weekly plan, training history, feedback, technique notes, saved reference links and XP locally, separated by account. We use this information on your device to plan sessions and show progress. We do not upload your training journal to our own server or to an AI service. Your Apple device backups may include this local data according to your backup settings.

Account information

Firebase Authentication processes your email address, chosen first name, account identifier, sign-in provider and authentication information to create and secure your account. When you choose Google or Apple sign-in, that provider also processes the sign-in request. Apple may provide a private relay email address if you choose Hide My Email.

The authentication services and their SDKs may process IP addresses, approximate location inferred from IP addresses, device identifiers, diagnostics and service usage for authentication, security and service operation. Passwords and sign-in tokens are managed by the provider SDKs and are not included in your training journal or exports.

Personalized coaching and voice

FIGHTR uses your equipment, experience, weekly plan and recent feedback to select training priorities on your phone. Optional AI uses Apple’s on-device system model on compatible devices; FIGHTR does not send training logs to a cloud AI model. You can disable on-device AI in Profile. Spoken training cues use speech synthesis; FIGHTR does not record your microphone or analyze video of your training.

Purchases and reminders

Apple processes subscription payments. FIGHTR checks verified StoreKit transaction and entitlement information to determine access. We do not receive your payment card number. Apple retains purchase information under its own policies. Training reminders are optional local notifications scheduled on your phone and can be disabled in Profile or iPhone Settings.

Support and this website

If you email support, we receive your email address and the information or attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond and resolve the issue. Please do not send passwords, payment details or sign-in codes.

This support website has no advertising, marketing analytics or tracking scripts added by FIGHTR. Its hosting and network providers may process connection information, such as IP addresses, request details and technical logs, to deliver and secure the website. Email links open your email application; following an external link is subject to the destination’s privacy policy.

Service providers and sharing

We use Google/Firebase for authentication, Apple for sign-in and subscriptions, email services for support, and hosting providers to deliver this website. FIGHTR has no advertising SDK, Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics in its app configuration. We do not sell personal information or use your journal for cross-app advertising. Information may be processed in countries where these providers operate. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably needed to protect users, security or legal rights.

Your choices and deletion

In Profile, you can export your current training backup or delete your current training data. Anyone you share an export with can read it. Signing out keeps the account’s journal on that phone.

Delete my account removes your Firebase account and its journal on the current phone after identity confirmation. For Apple sign-in, the app requests revocation of Apple access as part of deletion. Previously exported backups, other accounts’ journals and copies on other devices are not deleted by that action. Apple backups are controlled by your device and account settings.

Deleting an account, journal or app does not cancel your Apple subscription. Cancel it separately in Apple Account settings. For account-access or deletion help, or to request access, correction or other privacy rights available where you live, email support. We may verify your identity before acting.

Retention and security

Local journals remain until you delete them or remove the app’s data. Account information remains while the account is active; provider security, legal or backup records may remain under the provider’s retention practices. Support correspondence is retained as needed to handle requests and related security or legal obligations. We use the protections supplied by iOS and our authentication providers, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure.

Children and policy changes

FIGHTR is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information so we can address it. We may update this policy as the app or its services change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision.
